Pastor's Welcome Message

Welcome!
Thanks for your interest in our church and website.  I hope that this website will help you understand who we are, and allow you to be more comfortable joining us during worship, or at one of our events.

Our church is growing.  We are currently averaging about 80 in worship and 50 in Sunday school each weekend.  We have one worship service and children’s worship which starts at 9:30am followed by fellowship.  Our Adult and children’s Sunday school starts at 11:15 until noon.   At different times throughout the year we have special classes during the week nights. 

Here at Perry Christian Church God is at work in our lives constantly encouraging us to be like the Son, Jesus the Christ.  Those who worship with us have experienced God’s grace through healing whether it be emotional healing, relational, physical or spiritual.  Each week we are amazed to see how God is working in our lives and in the lives of our families.  We come expecting to experience God’s grace each week as we invite the Holy Spirit to walk with us daily.

I have been the pastor at Perry Christian Church since August 1, 2005.  I am so blessed to be a part of this wonderful church family that is caring, and who reaches out to the community in so many ways.  I hear so many visitors and guests say that Perry Christian Church is truly a church that makes you feel welcome.

If you have not found a church you can call home, may I suggest you be our guest this Sunday?   It is so important to have a viable, encouraging, and loving church family to walk with as you journey on in life.  Come and see if this might be the place where you can feel at home.
